What Should be on Your Wrist: Orient Star Open Heart SDA02002B0

Nothing beats being able to look inside your watch to see how it works and what makes it run, its like popping the hood of your car.  It can be hard to resist looking at the beautiful intricate movement, but this usually requires opening the caseback; which isn’t always such a smart idea. Dust, debris, moisture, and countless other things can get inside and cause damage and malfunction to the watch’s movement. The Open Heart was designed with this curiosity in mind. The dial is a semi-skeleton or open heart, meaning a portion of the dressed  movement can be seen through the dial. And even more is exposed when you flip over the watch. An exhibition caseback has been used, allowing the backside of the dressed movement to be seen through a crystal in the caseback. The Orient Star Open Heart is a classic dress watch that’ll never look out of place on your wrist.
