Square Watches in 3 Ways

Tired of the same, old circular watch case? Classic, certainly, but it may be time for a change. Square-shaped, and other odd shaped, watch faces are becoming increasingly popular. That, and square-shaped watches offer a more modern feel to an otherwise classic timepiece.

Ready to update your watch collection? Check out these 3 square-shaped watches by Orient.

Metro

The Orient Metro, available in 4 styles, features a semi-skeleton dial and case back. This watch may be a good segway into the square-shaped watch world as it’s reserved, professional, but still makes a statement.

Metro watches also feature Orient caliber 46A40 automatic movement, power reserve function, 50m water resistance, genuine leather bands, and stainless steel cases. These watches retail for $235.

Maverick

Another take on the square-shape can be found in the Orient Maverick. The font used on this watch has a 1920s cinema feel, and the convex crystal adds to this vintage look.

Available in 4 styles, Maverick watches also feature Orient caliber 46E40 automatic movement, power reserve function, 50m water resistance, genuine leather bands, and stainless steel cases. These watches retail for $165.

Masquerade

The Masquerade watches may be Orient’s most unique square-shaped watches. Available in 5 styles, Masquerade watches feature a special wheel system to display hour, minute, and date.

Masquerade watches also feature Orient caliber 46S50 automatic movement, power reserve function, 50m water resistance, genuine leather bands, and stainless steel cases. These watches retail for $265.

I wouldn’t mind the MAsquerade for its very trendy modern look but the fact it is automatic adds to its value. The style is edgy and funky. It is good for young people due to its contemporary design but the brand Orient adds to its prestige.
