Another good looker from Orient. I would snag one if the hands were black for better contrast.

LOL @ Rob's joke.

Frank, I could not agree with you more. Although I am new to watch technology, I know a value when I see one (I've been collecting Japanese pottery for years). Overall, Orients are the best value in mechanical watches, period. Overall, Citizens are the best value in electric watches. It's simply a matter of doing the homework.

And all of you hemming and hawing over a few discount percentage points, well, you've saved my newbie butt a few times (and I find it a little exciting).

Baibai, I also re-took the watch collecting hobby earlier this year after a long hiatus from buying watches. Indeed it is a very pleasurable hobby and due to the current depressed global economic climate we find ourselves in, I see watch manufacturers stepping up the quality, design, features, etc all at very affordable prices.

I am glad to have re-ignited my old love affair with Orient and Citizen.

Citizen Eco-Drive is amazing technology. I can easily say that Citizen owns the solar quartz watch market. The value vs features proposition is as good as that of Orient with their mechanical watches.
