Just purchased a Orient "Classic" and really like it. Superb VFM. Looking forward to more.

I'm embarrassed to say I had never heard of Orient watches until today. I was picking out a watch my wife could get me for Christmas and was settling on an Invicta automatic diver since my old Invicta quartz diver had served me pretty well (for a $50 watch). I had a few Seikos prior to that but I liked Invicta's styling (copied from everyone else) if not the quality. Somebody mentioned in their review that the Orient Mako was a clearly superior watch for the same money. A little research and here I am - completely sold on Orient. Now I have to decide between the original Mako (black) and the new Ray. Maybe I'll let me my wife decide and "surprise" me on Christmas day.

Hi All. I'm pretty new to Orient watches. My first (about 6 months ago) was a blue Mako and it remains one of the favourites in my collection of a dozen or so (for now) wristwatches. #13 is currently on its way - another Orient. This time an Orient Bambino (ER24004B). As soon as I saw the review on W&W I knew it would have to be my next purchase. Should be here in a day or two. I can't wait.
Cheers!
