With a semi-skeleton look, exhibition caseback and 40-hour power reserve, the CFHAA002B offers many features in a stylish package.

MSRP: $450 | Today’s price: $315 | Comments

Along with its tonneau case, the CFHAA002B has other classic features, including the numeral hour indicators, textured dial and cursive writing. The textured dial is especially helpful in accentuating the other details in the design of the watch.

For example, the semi-skeleton window at the 9 o’clock position which allows you to see the inner workings of the watch shows more vibrantly in contrast with the dial.

The CFHAA002B is one of Orient’s automatics, which means it never needs batteries. Save time and keep track of it accurately with a watch powered by the motion of your wrist.

Thanks to the luminescent hand you can view your watch, even during the night.

If you look at the side of the watch, you will notice two things. First, the case has a beautiful dome crystal …

… and second, the crown (time-setting knob) has shoulders to protect it.

On the back of the watch there is an exhibition caseback through which you can view the rotor (semi-circular piece that pivots back-and-forth) and the rest of the mechanics of this beautiful timepiece.

Notice the bright, contrasting sticking on the genuine leather band.

The deployment clasp prevents the watch from coming off unintentionally, unlike regular clasps that usually come with models in this price range.

What an absolutely amazing looking watch! Orient really shows plenty of attention to the details. I love the red stitching on the black band. Black and red has always been my favorite color combination. I just ordered my first Orient the other day (Black Mako). I can’t wait for it to arrive. Maybe this will be my next.

Lovely tonneau case , well designed layout. I really like the power reserve combined with the open heart feature. I would wear this proudly and I’m sure it would generate many compliments. Since I have never won anything ever, then this shall be mine :)

…I am spending endless hours searching the world for my first quality timepiece. At the close of each search I seem to always end up here at hoping the Deal of the Day is one of the four Orient watches I will be buying soon. Though this piece is not in my price range ATM, it is on my wishlist.

I collect watches and have many of the more famous brands, but lately I keep coming back to Orient due to the quality styling and value, and just just the old WOW factor. I love this new one and plan to add it to the rest of my Orient collection. Thanks for making my ncollecting that much more fun. Marc
