Many date windows on watches are very small. For young people with good eyesight this is no problem, however reading becomes a problem from around fifty years of age.
Rolex addressed this issue years ago with a magnified area within the crystal. The date on a Rolex watch “leaps out” at you and is quickly and easily read. Watches need to be user friendly and user friendly innovations should be integrated within all products where possible. A magnified date window is not rocket science, let’s do it !
